 The last years our customers have been everything from small companies with 15-20 employees up to international companies with thousands of employees. We have participated in projects where we alone have had the full responsibility for the development and implementation ‘from ear to loaf’. (Swedish(?) saying. Meaning the whole process.) We have also acted as project member in greater IT-projects, where we have had the role as technical experts. The last years we have seen a trend here in Scandinavia that the projects in IT has gone from rather comprehensive to smaller and more foreseeable many times with connections to ERP-systems like SAP, Movex and others.

 As many of our customers are keen on MS Office in one way or the other we have made Office the platform of our for work. We have experience based on databases in Access, SQL Server, Oracle and AS/400. Our method of system development is based on the fact that most users think it is very hard to express their ideas so they will be correctly understood. Someone has an idea of how the work in one department or for a certain group of employees could be more effectively done. Very often parts of the idea are already working and implemented as a spreadsheet in Excel or as a macro in Word. Only problem is that the only person who knows how to run it is the developer at the department, who actually hasn’t got the time to do it. In a ‘prototype’ we specify the ideas in the way you as a customer tell us. Hopefully you have the time to give us the feedback we need to adjust it so it will make your dream come true. Often this means a more general, robust and user-friendly version of the system already running. Often it also means more general handling of the data than in the origin, which means it is based on a database. The development is taken step by step which means that you as purchaser needs to be active during the process. This will take some of your time but the good news is that you will not just have a bunch of programs but a working solution when we deliver. MS Office is the ideal tool for development with this technique since the cost of redesign is brought to a minimum. The time it takes to bring your ideas into reality in the prototype is also affordable. You follow the process and know all the time that we as developers are on the right track. We present your ideas as the will be seen on the screen at the computer not as confusing diagrams with boxes and arrows.
